Who is Team Leesman CARES?
TLC is Bill and Jacki Leesman, a husband and wife team who have been together more than 30 years, and who bring a complete scope of needed experience and skills to help you sell your home.
Bill Leesman has been part of successful sales and marketing teams in Calgary for over 30 years. Working with customer-centric companies has brought a history of serving a unique scope of client needs. As well, Bill’s negotiation and sales experience is critical to our team’s success in balancing the needs of our clients with potential buyers and their agents.
Jacki Leesman has experience in developing customer and administration systems that are essential to a complete and successful customer care program. Her reputation for honesty and following through on her commitments, ensures that clients receive sincere results to their expectations.

As well, Bill is one of very few individuals in Calgary who has been awarded the National Association of REALTORS®’ [NAR’s] Green Designation. This is the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR®.
Community Involvement
Bill has worked with a number of organizations over the years in a volunteer capacity, including the Variety Club of Calgary and the Board of Directors for Heritage Christian Academy. He also volunteers at his kids’ Special Olympics games where he is an active sports coach and most recently travelled with the National Basketball Team to Antigonish, NS, where the team came home with a silver medal in their first ever national games!
As well, Bill speaks to large and small groups on the importance of understanding personalities to further their goals. He has spoken to The Electrical Engineers of Alberta, Egg Farmers of Alberta and other corporations across Alberta, to help them understand how they can work together as a team and increase their potential.
He has also worked on the Human Resources Sub-committee of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.
Jacki has worked on a number of fundraising initiatives with various charities and schools. More recently, you’ll find her refereeing at Special Olympics floor hockey games!
